Well-being

well-being

  1. the state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy.

There are lots of things we can try to take care of our wellbeing. But it's not always easy to start. You might find it helpful to:

  • only try what feels comfortable.

  • give yourself time to figure out what works for you, going at your own pace.

  • take small steps. Pick one or two things that feel achievable at first, before moving on to try other ideas.

We run sessions to help those who feel they are struggling with poor mental health and need support to put a recovery plan in place.

We offer a listening ear for those who feel they need support to deal with the stresses and strains of modern life.

We can also support and guide those who feel they have a specific issue that may include.

  • Smoking

  • Resilience

  • Friendship groups

  • Alcohol abuse

  • Drugs

  • Feeling low or depressed

  • Anxious

  • Risk taking

  • Anger

  • Gender identity

  • LGBT+

  • Self harming

  • Poor diet

  • Sleep deprivation

  • Weight gain or loss

  • Abuse

  • Bullying

  • Relationships

Its good to talk and we offer safe environments with qualified staff.
